Recommended procedure: 1) map the product mandate and measurable customer outcomes; 2) interview engineering, legal, security, sales, and support leads; 3) create a weekly learning cadence on model evaluation and responsible deployment; 4) establish a decision log; 5) run a Friday review that names risks, owners, and next experiments. I will proactively watch for stakeholder misalignment, ethics debt, and unclear success metrics.
